Please note the following when sending in product to be serviced:

 

• Mark box with "Attention Service"
• Remove ALL inlet and outlet fittings to ensure they will not be damaged in shipping. Please include an adequate amount of packaging inside the box to protect the product from damage (we are not responsible for any damages caused during shipping).
• Inside the box include a note with your contact information (name, phone number, return address). You may also include a small description on the issues you are experiencing with your product.
• You will receive a call from our Techs after they have had time to service your product, at that time you will provide payment for the service. *Please note that we only accept MasterCard or Visa.

**If you believe that your product is still under our 1-year warranty, you must provide a copy of your Proof of Purchase**
